It helps you understand the cost of running a home – and what you can expect to pay if you get a home with us.
Remember, you need to pay rent in advance, so when you apply for a home with us you should try to budget for this. If you receive full Housing Benefit you'll not have to pay rent in advance.
We can also point you to money advice services who will be able to help you look at your finances.
If you're claiming Universal Credit and your circumstances have changed, or are about to change, you should let the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) know as soon as you can. The DWP will then update your benefit payments. Find out more at Universal Credit.
