Housing Options

Once you have told us about your household and circumstances you'll get a Housing Options Plan.

This shows you what priority you have for housing with us.

If you have no or low priority, you will be given advice on other housing options available to you.  

This include mid-market homes offered by our partner landlord Lowther Homes, registering with other social landlords in your area and renting in the private rented sector. 

Another option is a home swap – a mutual exchange – with another social housing tenant.
